External funding supports innovation, student success, workforce development, institutional priorities, and community impact across Foothill-De Anza Community College District (FHDA).

The District Grants Development Office (GDO) provides the Districtwide structure and collaborative support for developing and submitting grant proposals on behalf of FHDA.

Considering External Funding?

Engage the GDO when you identify a potential grant or funding opportunity, have an idea that may benefit from external funding, or are approached about participating in a grant-funded partnership.

All prospective grant applications follow the established Districtwide grant development process. The Grant Intake Form is the required first step. Visit the Grants: Pre-Award webpage.

Early engagement gives the GDO and project team time to work collaboratively toward a strong, well-coordinated proposal.
