W. Andy Dunn, Vice Chancellor of Business Services, is the chief business official of the District and is responsible for the portion of Business Services that includes Risk Management, Budget Operations, Material Services, District Safety and Security, Accounting Services, Bookstores on both campuses, and Facilities, Operations and Construction Management.

While most of the day-to-day business activity and transactions are coordinated by managers and departments under the supervision of Andy Dunn, he participates most directly in the development of the annual budget, long contracts, audit responses, and policies and procedures.
