Sub-Code
A four-digit number that identifies the budget, revenue, or expense category.
Description
The name of the budget, revenue, or expense category.
Budgets: Original
The amount of money originally allocated to the budget category for the fiscal year.
Budgets: Revised
The amount of money originally allocated to the budget category plus any increases or decreases applied to the amount. Increases and decreases are itemized on the Report of Transactions portion of the report during the month that they occur.
Actual: Current Month
The amount of each transaction processed for each budget, revenue, and expenses category during the month.
Actual: Fiscal Year
The total amount of all transactions processed year-to-date for each budget, revenue, and expense category during the fiscal year.
Open Commitments
The amount of any open commitment charged to an expense category. An open commitment indicates that a requisition, purchase order, or travel advance has been posted to the account.
Balance Available
The amount of budgeted money available at the end of the month. Balance Available is derived by subtracting Actual Fiscal Year and Open Commitment amounts from the Budget Revised amount.
Perc Used
The percentage of the Budget Revised amount that has been expended and/or encumbered to date.
