Accounts Receivable is responsible for preparing, posting, and auditing District invoices, reviewing and verifing financial transactions, as well as the following activities:
Collection of outstanding receivables according to established procedures
Reconciliation and Aging of District Invoices
Expense Transfers
Labor Reallocations
Cash Receipts Journals
New Accounts/Account Changes
District Computer Loan Program
District sales and used tax returns
Maintenance and Balancing the Clearing Accounts
Preparation of quarterly payments for the Stanford Primary Care Program
